  1. Bookings: All studio bookings must be confirmed in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

  2. Payments: A 50% Deposit is required for confirmation of booking. Remainder is due upon completion of your session unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Conduct: Clients are expected to behave professionally. We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if there is any misconduct.

  4. Damages: Clients are liable for any damages caused to studio equipment or premises.

  5. Ownership: All recordings remain the property of the client. We retain no rights to your work.

  6. Liability: We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
